We’ve been using Fluff First Class for almost a year now and it has always been wonderful! They do a fabulous job each month and also something extra at times. I mean she vacuumed my dogs bed for Pete Sake! They dust the blinds (I do that maybe 3x a year!!). Their attention to detail is above and beyond. Each time I come home to a fresh smelling, clean house and each time I think “holy cow, they even cleaned that?”. There are not enough good things I could say about this company.
It was so wonderful coming home to a fresh and clean home, all ready for Thanksgiving guests!! Wonderful job!!

What do I need to do to prepare for my cleaning visit (deep clean or recurring cleanings)?+
To get ready for your cleaning you need to tidy up. Surfaces should be clear of items that do not belong here ie. kitchen counters should be cleared of dirty dishes and items that do not belong there, floors should have toys, dirty laundry, etc. picked up. We need to be able to get to the surfaces easy to clean. If you would like us to tidy and organize, let us know before your appointment so we can add that to your services and give you a quote for them.
Do I need to be home, or do I need to leave during my cleaning?+
Either one works for us. If you will not be home at our scheduled arrival time, we just need to know how to get into your home and you would like us to lock up. If you or family members plan to be home during your cleaning, we ask that they stay in an area not being cleaned, or move to another area while we clean the one they are in. We love our clients and enjoy chatting, but also have to keep on schedule. Also, it's uncomfortable for anyone to have someone watching them bend, reach, and scrub.
I have a dog or cat do I need to remove them or crate them during my cleaning?+
That depends on the pet. If your pet is comfortable with new people moving around its home. We love furry friends. If your pet is friendly and calm, we are happy to work with them in the home. If your pet is nervous, anxious, wary, or aggressive with new people we ask you to either crate or take your pet with you. Occasionally we meet furry friends who want to jump on us or interrupt our work by trying to play with our supplies. If your pet is like this, removing them from the area is a good idea. We don't mind throwing a toy or a quick pet, but we also want both us and your pet to be safe.
What if someone in my house is contagious with an illness, or I need to cancel for another reason?+
Life happens, as moms, we know that very well. Just give us a heads up as far in advance as you can, and we will reschedule you.
Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment? What do I need to provide?+
Yes, we bring our own supplies and equipment. If you have a specific product we don't normally carry with us that you want us to use, we ask that you provide it. We need running water and electricity. In summer we require air conditioning, in winter we require heating, We may occasionally ask to adjust the thermostat because cleaning is hard work!
